Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn, an American actress from America. Her most well-known role is her character Skyler White in Breaking Bad, an AMC Drama series Breaking Bad for which she took home the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting actor in an Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. The actress has also appeared as Jean Ward in The Practice in The Practice, as well as Martha Bullock in Deadwood. She was born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in the year 1968, Anna Gunn fell in love with the art of acting during Preparatory School before her family moved to Ohio in the late 1970's. Anna attended the British American Drama Academy and studied theatre through Northwestern University. Anna was employed in the theater in the Chicago area for a few months before she tried her luck in TV and film roles. Anna's first role of note was Arden on Down the Shore. She made an appearance in 29 episodes. After being a guest Star in several TV Shows and movies, including Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue during the 90's She was then cast as Jean Ward as part of The Practice. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood in two full seasons. She was cast as Skyler in Breaking Bad as Skyler, in the year 2008. Sully and Deadwood were also part of her acting career. Gunn has also appeared on the stage for David Schwimmer's show Sex With Strangers. She also appeared in the podcast Numbered Day comprising four audio plays. The story of Breaking Bad is usually about the relationship of Walter White, his wife Skyler and their relationship that is strained. The straining relationship and ending of it all is reminiscent of the last years of Walter White's personal life.
